Sage Smoking Bundles

White sage smoking bundles or mini torches.  Smoke cleansing is traditional in many cultures but it is recognised as most traditional within the Native American smudging practices which are used for purifying the air, dispelling negativity and providing protection.   White sage is a broad leaf sage which is prized for its strong aromatic properties, white sage has been used by Native Americans for thousands of years for cleansing, purifying oneself as well as our spaces through the technique of smudging. To burn your smoking torch just light the tip, blow it out and wave through the air or set aside in a fire proof bowl or container.  To extinguish, simply stub out and smother. Smudges put out a lot of soothing smoke.
